Terms of use
Updated 28 October 2026. These terms cover access to the professional website aureliopaz.com.
Purpose of the website
The website presents Aurélio Paz da Luz’s experience, skills, selected projects and contact details. Its content is informational. Sending an opportunity does not create an accepted offer, an employment relationship or a services contract. Any collaboration requires a separate agreement on its terms.
Permitted use
You may view and share links to public pages for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to compromise security, automate abusive submissions, send unsolicited advertising or submit unlawful content or material that infringes another person’s rights.
Form and correspondence
The form is intended for companies, recruiters and other people proposing professional opportunities. Provide accurate information and only data you are entitled to share. The automatic acknowledgment confirms processing by the website; it does not guarantee that a message has been read, will receive a reply or will reach an external inbox. Personal data is handled as explained in the Privacy policy.
Intellectual property and external links
Original text and materials are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Third-party names, brands and websites belong to their respective owners. A project entry describes the contribution stated and does not imply endorsement by the client. Reuse beyond legal exceptions requires permission. External websites have their own terms and policies.
Availability and responsibility
Reasonable efforts are made to keep information accurate and the service available, but information may change and maintenance or interruptions may occur. Liability is determined under applicable law. These terms do not exclude liabilities or rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Law and contact
The controller is established in Spain. Spanish law applies subject to any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights applicable to the visitor. No waiver of a legally protected court or consumer right is required. Publishing a U.S. English edition does not create a U.S. establishment or determine a visitor’s applicable law. Any later employment or services agreement will require its own terms.
